Mary Lou Davis Red

	Mary Lou Davis Red, 75, of Polk City, Iowa, formerly of Du Quoin, passed away on July 14, 2003.  She had been a diabetic for several years.
	She was born September 16, 1927 in Des Moines, Iowa.  She is survived by two nephews, Burley and Mark Davis and two nieces, Chris Westberg and Marla Seals.  She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews.
	Mary Lou used to work at the former Rude's Shoe Store, which is now Riggio's Shoe Box.  She left the Du Quoin area around 1978.
	She was previously married to Jim Red.  She attended the Methodist Church while in Du Quoin.  She also belonged to the Monday Night Women's Bowling League and was a member of the A-WA-WE-GO Camping Club.
	Mary Lou requested that she have no funeral visitation and that she be cremated.  Her wishes were carried out by her family.
	Mary Lou will be remembered by her friends, Audrey Cook, Debbie Waller and Deanna and Mike Boyd and their families.
